I had a mixed experience at Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa. While the location is absolutely stunning and provides a peaceful retreat, my stay was marred by some service shortcomings. I loved the spaciousness of my room and the beautiful views, but I encountered some frustrating issues with the staff that left me feeling undervalued. Overall, it had its highlights, but I expected more from a Hilton hotel.

Rooms
10.0
My room was spacious, clean, and quite comfortable with a great view of the lake and surrounding nature. Definitely enjoyed the bed and bathroom amenities.
Service
5.0
I faced difficulties with staff assistance upon arrival, which felt second-class. I asked for help with my bags and kids, but was told no, which was incredibly frustrating.
Location
10.0
The resort is situated in a serene area near Lake Las Vegas that feels worlds away from the chaotic Strip, offering a quiet retreat amidst beautiful mountain views.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed some lovely meals with great views, but the service in dining areas varied, with some staff being less welcoming.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like the fitness center and room service were decent, though I was disappointed the hot tub was closed during my stay.

Overall, my stay at Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa was a blend of highlights and low points. The staff were typically friendly and welcoming, yet there were a few instances of lacking responsiveness that left me wanting more. While the beautiful lake views and tranquil environment were really good, the hotel services and amenities felt a bit underwhelming at times.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious with a lovely view of the lake. However, I did notice it was quite dusty and lacked some basic amenities like coffee cups, which were never replaced during my stay.
Service
5.0
Most of the staff were friendly, but service was inconsistent. I experienced some issues with housekeeping and had to repeatedly ask for basic supplies like washcloths and toilet paper.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location among the mountains near Lake Las Vegas was stunning and offered a nice escape from the Strip's hustle. However, the long walk from the parking garage to the front desk was quite a trek, especially in the heat.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the ambiance while dining, especially with the view of the Venetian garden, but I found the breakfast prices to be quite steep at $28 each. Additionally, the waitstaff were not very friendly during breakfast.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, with a spa that I found quite nice. However, the single pool was smaller than expected and had restrictions that took away from the overall experience, and the pool area could have been cleaner.

My stay at Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the views were absolutely stunning, and the resort has a beautiful layout with nice amenities. However, the service left much to be desired, especially at the restaurant where the staff seemed disengaged. Additionally, the room itself could definitely use some updating as it felt dated and had maintenance issues.

Rooms
5.0
I found the room spacious, but the furniture was old and worn. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable, and the air conditioning struggled to keep up. On top of that, the description of the room misled me into thinking it had two separate areas, which was disappointing.
Service
5.0
The service at the restaurant was frustrating. I encountered waitstaff who were quite rude and felt like I had to chase down help rather than receiving attentive service. This really detracted from my overall experience.
Location
8.0
The resort's location by the man-made lake was beautiful and offered a tranquil atmosphere. I enjoyed the walking trails, which made it easy to explore the scenic surroundings, nestled between the mountains.
Dining
5.0
Dining was average, and I expected more given the setting. The menu choices were limited, and the quality didn’t quite match the lovely view of the Venetian garden.
Facilities
6.0
While I enjoyed the amenities like the spa and the relaxing environment, I was disappointed that the pool area was not well-maintained, with debris and bugs detracting from what could have been a lovely experience.

5.2/10

I recently stayed at Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, and while the beautiful facilities and the luxurious spa caught my eye, there were several setbacks during my visit. The well-designed golf course offered amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat from the city. However, I couldn't help but notice several issues with room cleanliness and service that detracted from the experience. Overall, it was a mixed bag with some highlights but also significant drawbacks. 🌅

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious with a truly comfy super-king bed, although it did have layout issues and some cleanliness concerns. I found dust and hairs that should have been addressed before my arrival.
Service
5.0
While some staff members were friendly and tried to be helpful, I experienced significant inconsistencies in service. The response to housekeeping requests was slow, and it left me disappointed.
Location
9.0
The location is tranquil, nestled in the hills above the strip and directly over Lake Las Vegas, which offers a unique ambiance for anyone looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. 🌄
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited with only the hotel restaurant nearby, and I found the menu to be overpriced and uninspired. It led me to drive quite a distance to find better food.
Facilities
7.0
The resort has wonderful facilities like a very good spa and a stunning golf course, but other aspects, such as the internet speed and readiness of the pool, left much to be desired.

I had an overall enjoyable stay at Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa. The location was beautiful, right on the lake, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, there were a few issues like the broken safe and crowded pool that slightly marred the experience.

Rooms
6.0
My room was clean, spacious, and had a nice bathroom with a double vanity. The balcony was tiny, and while we paid extra for a lake view room, it felt more like a garden view, which was a bit disappointing.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally friendly, and I appreciated the fast room service. However, it was hard to get help with the broken safe, as no one came to fix it during my stay, and it took multiple calls to get confirmation on late checkout.
Location
8.0
The resort is nestled beautifully by the lake, away from the bustling Strip, which I loved. The little town below the hotel had some good restaurant options and nice views, perfect for a relaxed getaway.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast options were decent, with a nice cold bar for Diamond and Gold members. I enjoyed my meal at the cafe despite a small service hiccup with the timing of our toast.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area was nice, but it got really crowded with lots of children, making it feel less exclusive. I was hoping for better upkeep, especially with the cleanliness of the water.
